Welcome to RagdollUSA.com (“we,” “us,” “our”). We are a dedicated branch of Luxury Only Kittens, specializing in the sale of Ragdoll kittens across the United States. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“ToS”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

We facilitate the sale and delivery of Ragdoll kittens to customers in the United States. Our site provides kitten profiles, pricing, availability, and a structured purchase process that includes contract review, deposit, and delivery arrangements. All kittens are accompanied by a written purchase agreement, detailing terms, guarantees, and your responsibilities as a buyer.

3. Eligibility

By using RagdollUSA.com, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. You also confirm your intent to purchase a kitten for lawful, personal use.

4. Purchase Process

1. Contact & Inquiry – You express interest by submitting a form or contacting us.

2. Contract & Terms – We send a written purchase agreement, covering health guarantees, delivery method, payment schedule, and other essential terms.

3. Deposit – Once you accept the contract, a non-refundable deposit is due to reserve the kitten.

4. Delivery & Final Payment – Once the kitten is ready, we coordinate delivery. The balance of the purchase price is paid prior to or at delivery.

5. Health Guarantees & Returns

• Each kitten receives core vaccinations, veterinary inspection, and a minimum health guarantee as stated in the purchase agreement.

• Return or refund requests are handled strictly per the agreement’s terms. Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases covered by force majeure or breeder-caused cancellation.

• No returns or refunds are accepted after final delivery, except as explicitly provided in the contract.

6. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted in US dollars and inclusive of specified services (e.g. vaccines, microchip, shipping).

• We reserve the right to adjust prices due to regulatory changes or veterinary costs, but prices are locked in once your deposit is received.

• Accepted payment methods will be clearly stated in your contract.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping options include in-person pick-up or third-party pet transport services.

• Delivery schedules are contingent on kitten maturity (typically 12–16 weeks) and health status.

• You are responsible for fees associated with shipping, customs, or import regulations if applicable.

8. Buyer Responsibilities

As the buyer, you agree to:

• Provide a safe, climate-appropriate environment and veterinary care.

• Continue the kitten’s vaccination schedule and preventive healthcare regimen.

• Notify us immediately of any serious health or behavior issues.

• Never use the kitten for breeding, commercial purposes, or sale unless agreed upon in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on RagdollUSA.com—photos, text, graphics, trademarks—is our property or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, or republish content without consent.

10. Privacy

We collect personal data necessary to process purchases and comply with legal obligations. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

11. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• No Professional Advice: Information on our site is for general guidance and not veterinary or legal advice.

• Health Warranty Limitation: Our health guarantees are subject to terms in your purchase agreement; we explicitly disclaim all other warranties.

• Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the price paid for the kitten. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
